    Hmmmm, kinda torn on these. I feel like my led replacement bulbs are pretty dang bright and they don't bleed so much light onto the tailgate.

    Plate readers don’t need light they
    Have IR cameras so even if your bulbs don’t work the camera will still read the tag, fyi.

    Make sure you transfer the outside bezel from your old license plate lights to the new ones. I’m not sure that I see it on your new ones

    take a look at my install pics. When you remove the housing, there is a rubber piece on the back that needs to be removed from the factory housing, and placed on the new one.
