    One of the reasons we're looking to refi to a shorter term mortgage, eventually turn our condo into a rental and use it to fund retirement travel. Full nut with hoa is about $1200 rental prices in our complex range from $2000-2500 for long term rental and $2500-$3500 a month for seasonal. (location location location 1.5 miles from TPC Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson in our backyard etc) Bought it 2 years ago and it is gone up about $50k in value since we bought it which is pretty solid for a condo. I think if the market dips again big time we'll actually try to find an upgrade for us and rent out the condo.

    I’m debating whether or not to get a TRD catback on this big 40% off sale... I'd have to get an adapter welded up and it's still $420 plus I'd have to do local pickup.

    In case you haven't heard, today only is 40% off TRD parts on various official/dealer managed Toyota parts websites.
