    Yeah, I've read that but not really concerned. I like moving the air source away from the fender, but I'm not really a fan of a full-blown snorkel.

    I cant find the thread on here that I copied but if I were to do that, I would use
    1) a ss leader hose directly out of the compressor -->

    2) either buy bulk airline or can buy a regular hose and cut off the ends --

    3) misc barbed fittings + quick release fittings + etc to connect it all together

    You can wire the switch anywhere. I did not use the included harness from my ARB compressor. I used other wires I sourced and installed a switch on the center console just behind my shifter.

    I have mine on the side of my Brute force bumper protected by the side tube. Nice thing is my compressor is in the cubby in the fender so I just used 2x 18" leader hoses (only needed 1 but had an extra and the extra length let me route the hose better within the bumper/fender area.
