It’s more difficult than you think. It’s the location where it is that makes it hard to move.

 

Hmm, how'd it get there? Or did you pile stuff around it?

 

I have to cut the same length of one wire maybe 100-200 times, and then move onto the next color. After that I need to strip each end, and then crimp the terminals on the end. There are automated wire cutting machines that can do all of this for me.

 

Three people and a lot of pivoting.

 

It only takes 3 people to take my dads full-sized long bed shell off.

You kids to need work more

 

Don, not like WWII generation. They didn't know how to quit, didn't make excuses - job needed to be done, it was done... plain and simple.

strippers I use to wire our controllers.over 100 wires in each one.

 

As for cutting the wires, get a board and router out slots for the wire to length and use shears. If you use a wide enough board you could get 30-50 wires on there.

 

I’d rather have a machine that can cut, strip, and crimp for me.

 

Taking it off isn't hard. How many times do I have to say it's because of where it is in the yard which is why it is difficult to move? Have to rotate it 90 degrees to get through the gate and the walkway is only a few feet wide.

I've seen automatic wire stripping machines but the ones I've seen were really expensive & the smallest wire they could strip was like 12 or 14 ga. I've never looked at any online so not sure what's available that would work for you.

 

I was made in America so I ain't cheap!
