Did Anyone see you opening your doors 1000 times? Neighbors thought I was crazy when I did it. None of them have talked to me since.

I tried programing the fob in front of the store where I got my keys cut and the guy saw me through the window and laughed. Luckily I have multiple job site where I can try the programming 2-3 times a site before I got it to work after 3 weeks.

I washed it and installed an aftermarket antenna assembly. I bought the truck used about a year ago, and have not been able to listen to the radio (NPR). I found the entire assembly online for $59.99, and it works like a champ. Install was easy and the antenna is quality. I got it from TheAntennaSource.com. They are a family run business out of Wisconsin. Anyway, I am pleased with the outcome. FYI, all the scratches were there prior to the install. I am guessing the original owner somehow ripped off the entire mast, and bezel.IMG-1413.jpg IMG-1414.jpg IMG_0817.jpg

I love the look of regular cabs. I'd have one if I didn't have kids. I keep trying to talk the wife into letting me get a five lug reg cab as a commuter since I drive 40 miles a day.

    - New antenna on the cheap from Amazon
    - Applied a few more stickers in the bed :headbang:

I like that antenna. May look into that, as my bezel was cobbled/crap when I got my truck. Just one of the little things I need to get around to.
Nice transformation on your truck btw. Kinda the route I'm slowly taking, subtle & clean. Amazing what a little altitude, wheels/tires can do to transform a stocker into looker. Nice job!

Pretty new to the forum and new owner of a 08 access cab trd off road 6mt. Bought the truck 2 weeks ago since then it’s gotten front pads, rotors, calipers, LF wheel bearing, exhaust, u joints, carrier bearing, plugs, filters, power steering line, and most of the fluids.

Currently it’s sitting on the hoist while the 3rd member is getting rebuilt.

This morning I got a little more work done on a custom bumper guard.

And I broke 2 of the 8 bolts holding on my skids. Drilled them out re tapped them and installed some stainless hardware.
