You can keep the cheaper price if you choose only to have Netflix on one device at a time. The price is going up if you want to be able to run it on multiple devices at once. My wife and I looked into it last week and saw that option in our settings.

Maybe the base price went up too though, I'm not sure...I don't even know what I pay for it lol. It's worth it though to me, we watch a lot of shows at night.

Yeah but the basic plan doesn't include HD quality, I ain't having that! Lol. But whatever, I slowly started to watch Netflix less & less. I might resubscribe later in the year, binge watch for a month or 2 then cancel again.
