    April 5th was the no later than date that the CA Attorney General requested for the stay. The federal judge is under no obligation to grant a stay on his ruling and definitely under no obligation to do it by the date the AG requested. Until a stay is granted, standard cap mags are legal to acquire.

    It's a halt to the decision that the >10 round magazines ban.

    Same judge said magazine ban is unconstitutional, then issues an injunction against the ruling until it can be decided by a higher court.
