I was looking at the the Pro shift knob... $60-something after a massive price cut for something that should be like $30-40 full price. lol

Asked the older dood who hand trucked my new soopa sweet 4R matte black 17” wheels outside yesterday “how sit going n why the sale, u guys trying to unload stuff?” He looked tired n kinda fed up but said “no unload, just a TRD 40th Anniversary sale to promote the brand. Them wheels are way below cost. We have hundreds of skids n wheels coming in tomorrow we are totally swamped.” Not sure what “cost” means but I’m still in disbelief at the $129 price.

Yeah, but even the stock OR knob is like $117 normally. What can you do?
I am in no way defending my pro knob purchase...

As someone who has had the Sema wheels for a while now, I was kinda low key pissed that they were as cheap as they were on sale and pondered buying the baja's.

    too many to list
The only thing I wanted was the 4runner wheels, the sale wasnt all too great... but still better than anywhere I have found so far, a vendor on this thread that is completely unrelated even steered me to it. I wont even have my lift and tires until fall or winter, so my new wheels are going to sit in my garage until then. Saved some money thouhg!

I guess for small items like that it’s ok. I found most of the items elsewhere for cheaper

Well. Just went to the dealership to pick up my stuff because I assumed they'd have a shift knob in stock...not even close. They have over 60 SETS of TRD Pro wheels in the back. One guy alone bought 24...but I'm sure he's not gonna resell those and mark em up...lol. They were super cheap. Like 129-150 per wheel and the beadlockers were 155 I think? Anyway, those were a steal. Kind wish I'd picked up a set...Non-buyers remorse. :rain:

Oh yeah, the point being it's gonna be a while for them to go thru all the inventory they have now.

I was on the fence on getting a set of wheels. Pretty soon everybody and their dog is gonna have a set of TRD xxx wheels, or there’ll be folks who will resell them for profit.

Guess I’m holding out for blue F5s.

Even if they sold some stuff under cost it ends up as free advertising. Our trucks are rolling billboards so Tacoma sales and accessories will probably go up.
