I just picked up a set of 4Runner TRD Pro wheels with tire size 265/70/17. I’m on stock suspension. Would I be able to put spacers on without any issues? If so, what size? Thanks for any info.

They’re no different than any other hub-centric Toyota wheels. However, the Pro wheels stick out further than stock wheels because of the +4 offset. My tires sit a hair over flush with my fender flares. If you did run spacers, I wouldn’t run very wide ones or you might rub in the cab mount, not to mention it would look goofy.

What’s the widest I can go without issues?

I hear ya. I put them on my 2nd gen a few years ago and felt violated after buying and having them shipped so when I realized they were going on sale I jumped on it.

Current setup 06 TRD sport stock suspension. I bought the 17” TRD pro wheels and I’m looking for tires, will 275/65/17 BFG Ko2s rub bad or just on mud flaps?

How lifted are you and are those Kings I see? What kind of suspension are you running? Your truck looks fantastic and I'd like to run that size.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
My truck came brand new with spacer lift and 275/70/17. Got a super great deal and all suspension is covered under warranty. Even got the ecgs bushing free. I changed over to Kings but sane height. 2.5 front, 2 rear. Slight rubbing at full lock on the mud flaps during the winter but I take them off in summer.

Stock sport suspension with 255/75/17s. The full front end and the drivers side shot with the headlight are with the Sema wheels. The drivers side with just the foglight showing is with the stock Sport wheel. I can try to get any angle you want but the head on shot always looks a little walleyed to me

Here's another in the garage at work yesterday. The black TRD Sport had 265/65/17 on what looked to be stock all around20190415_174043.jpg

That's beautiful! You'll have to let us know if they rub at all. Do you have stock suspension? I assume that if your pro can handle it so can my OR4x4

Edit: I guess you fooled me! I didn't read your badge.

I have the Pro Suspension and it doesn't appear to rub anywhere, but it has only been a day, and I haven't taken it off road.

I have a stock OR on 265/70/17 wildpeaks and SEMA wheels. It rubs a little if I turn hard and go up a angled entrance to a shopping center. Not enough to bother me and I'm planning on lifting soon.
