My old plugs indicate anything?

    From the picture, does the condition of the old plugs indicate anything other than the fact that it was time to change them?
    A few of the darker ones smelled a tad "burnt" if that makes sense.
    It seems to run better, and stronger, I was a little worried because when I started it up itIMG_20190310_161212.jpg idled at about 2500 RPMs for several minutes before coming back down to about 1,200 or so.

    Those look normal. what was the gap of the old plugs?

    Didnt check them, but they appeared to have a slightly greater gap than the new ones.

    What I didn't realize is that disconnecting the battery would reset all that stuff.... Idle was fine before, and quickly recalibrated after I drove it a few minutes.

    Also normal.

    Did you check gap on the new ones before installing at least?
