All of these items (I checked lowest prices from other eBay sellers and pretty much undercut all of them) total to about $1200 LOL.

Can't believe they were just going to throw this shit away.
    Gotta love wasteful corporate spending.

There are some great options but the real gems are hidden around the area. Tellico area is underappreciated. Head into Reliance and get lost on those back roads and you will find some cool shit, too. Polk county is awesome

I believe you may be referencing Prentice Cooper?

The RAM, dock/hub looking thing, and toner are really the only valuable items. But they do depreciate also. That PCIe network card is like $10 new at the local PC parts store here.
Hardest part about selling what you have might be the RAM since it isn't tested. Use the Kingston website to cross reference PNs for compatibility of models, if you want to be that nice of a seller.

We tried doing this before. I sold us about $1k worth of stuff. Profit of about $200 and it only left a bad taste in our mouth. The effort just wasn't there along side our normal work schedule.

Some of these high capacity RAM sticks are going for $60-80 a pair on ebay. A couple of these new sealed Dell RAM sticks are going for $40 a pair. It adds up quick.
You are correct that the network card is one of the least valuable items, except for the Verizon hotspot and a couple of sticks of 128MB RAM for a laptop.
I have no idea what these items will actually sell for, but I did search ebay for all the part numbers and basically listed for $1 less than everyone else.

I did list all of the items with the part numbers, i.e. for RAM like EBJ81UG8EFU0-GN-F. When I used to work in IT and needed to find obscure pieces of computer hardware I would always just search ebay by the main part number. I don't have time for all that cross referencing shit. If you're the type of person to take your computer apart, you probably don't need to be told that a certain part # of RAM goes to a certain computer lol. There's a part number on pretty much every piece of hardware inside a computer.
