I just got my 7443 bulbs last night. Holy smokes. Things are bright! Especially when pressing on the brake pedal. The "C" in the tail-light is much cleaner too.

So glad I went with the Stage 2.

VLEDS has a 7443 switchback bulb, would those work with a stage 1 harness if the original switchback burns out or malfunctions? @mesojdm

Negative. The 7443 bulb has a totally different base. The adapters are made specifically for the V6’s
    Here’s a pic comparing a 7443

That is correct. Just to give some perspective, I backed up about 5 feet from the taillight and looked directly straight (probalby not the smartest thing). For stock, it doesn't bother me at all and I can stare directly at it. For the VLED, I had to turn away due to how strong the light is.

Here’s a quick picture I took. Hard to tell how much brighter it is in the pictures. But you can definitely see how much cleaner the vled bulb lights are 924DB028-4AA9-43B6-B40A-A0E0FDDBEAB4.jpg

So when I did the stage 2 mod yesterday, I did this to the tail lights also. Sort of a Back to the Future tail light. I still don’t know if I like it yet. I do like the retro look though.

OK thanks, keep me in mind....
Remember though, People are going to hate you and the police will stop you and probably lock you up !
You'll be an outcast in your own hometown. People will look down on you and your family and probably light your mailbox on fire.
It's really better to get out now and recoup some money while you can....
