Yeah I’ve seen those too. He had trouble with his powder coat early on and had to get that straight. Mine came cracked but I just sprayed some rattle can on it and called it good. I didn’t give a shit. Lol

Yeah you’d think he’d just offer a bare rack and let people paint their own stuff.

That's a recurring theme as well that people are requesting but it's not being heard so to speak

I don't think you guys know how hard it is to consistently produce high end products while being cussed and yelled at by customers that don't understand lead times while rushing you with threats of canceling.

Not trying to knock that but I deal with it it daily! Everyone thinks they’re more important than everyone else! I’m a one man show for over 1000 network devices and 500 employees and upper management does get one guy can’t handle that workload viably.

You definitely have it worse but better! You’re your own boss and know your product is good!

Customers will always suck the life out of you, but the following and word of mouth of the happy and loyal will keep coming back and bringing more and more with then keeping SOS alive!

I’ve had nothing but great experience with @SOS CONCEPTS I envy his situation but still understand without reservation that comes at a price and look up to you and your team for its hard work and dedication to the ones that appreciate it and even more the ones that don’t!

You can’t make everyone happy all of the time only some of the people happy some of the time!

    Phew! End rant!

I hope that he can find a powdercoater that won't keep screwing the pooch. I know he's gotta be just as frustrated as well. We are only hearing the complainers side of things in some of these stories so it's hard to get a grasp on what the whole truth is. Even with the PC situation his bed side caps are still on my list of things to get. I don't really care if the PC has issues I'll just do what you did and spray bomb them. Hell I'd expect for the PC to wear off overtime just from being used. I think some of the complainers are having some unreasonable expectations just from reading through some of the stuff. Also some of the issues I've seen pics of look like shit got scratched during assembly and what not.

Honestly it’s hard to have a good powder on something that’s so thin of a metal. Each individual piece feels flimsy but once you bolt it together it’s stout. But if you bend any part of a piece it would crack the pc so it’s kinda pointless. Shipping isn’t perfect and I know it because two of my pieces came bent and that’s how the pc was cracked. That’s when I just bent it and sprayed it because it worked just as good with a little rattle can paint.

It's all the 3rd party shit that's out of the control of the company that sucks. I just hope that shit gets fixed and it'll work out. Obviously he has a good idea and product look at all the mimics out there even from the big name companies they are trying to jump on that style of rack bandwagon as well. It is definitely innovative that's for sure.
