    I cut it up in 1-1/2 cubes rub them down real good and smoke them about 3-4 hours then pull them and put the in a big pan. Slice up lots of butter put it on top of them. Then sprinkle brown sugar and honey over them. Them place back in cooker for a hour or so.

    Good morning.

    Just got out of bed. Woke up at 0230 feeling congested and every hour after that. Got up at 0800, powered through the shower, handful of meds now trying to let the coffee take over and maybe clear my head a little. I really need to get in some office time and get through the paperwork from last month. We're really feeling the effects of the extra rain we got this winter.
