I recall that breather tube being the most pita part about it, and your right it is a pita, Aside from that it’s nothing you couldn’t tackle on your garage except for the fact that it’s really heavy

After looking at the on the shelf options for high speed bearings, I came across these Timkens:
    63032RSC3 - https://www.qualitybearingsonline.com/63032rsc3-timken-deep-groove-radial-ball-bearings-17x47x14mm/
    62032RSC3 - https://www.qualitybearingsonline.com/62032rsc3-timken-deep-groove-radial-ball-bearings-17x40x12mm/

They have some of the highest limiting speed and reference speed ratings that I could find in an on the shelf bearing. I've been a Timken fan for OEMreplacements, I put them up there with Koyos for my preference. All in, these cost $70 delivered from Leeds. 2 day delivery time. We'll see how theylast.

I bought mine from Jon Bond, who did my rebuild. But they’re available all over. Zzp is another that comes to mind.

Are those injector codes? Not sure how the exhaust is relevant to these codes. UCON will manage check engine lights from missing cats. I would think you need to check your connections again. Did you do any other work other than install the UCON? Those guys are usually pretty good about tuning the UCON , I’m surprised to hear them say go stock manifolds.

UCON doesn’t/shouldn’t need sims. It manages the exhaust codes related to cats. Should work on 2015. Should.

Yup. I did the FJ T-case and axle tube. It’s much easier now. I just need to slip a breather hose onto the nipple. The bracket and wiring are long gone.

This is a great synopsis of differences between swapping in front and rear diffs. Rear is much easier, front it tougher due to less space to work

You can check real quick. Turn on the ARB and check for air hissing from the breather. That’s the tell tale sign of a pressurized diff.

    Tim,
I went no more than 20. I was not able to get a torque wrench on them all. I just made sure to tighten them in stages.

    OK. Thank you Sirs.

I have the Supercharger off, so I can get to them all.
