And if I'm reading the diagram right (ignore the arrow; only proper image I could find), replacement gaskets from your favorite Toyota dealer retail at $1.75 each. Part number 17376D (17376-50010) when you wanna seal up those new Roostfactor block-off plates.

At that price it's cheap insurance! Although I have never replaced them on the 3 sets of headers I've done and have had no leaks reusing the old ones.
For sure I will get a set for the new blockoff's though! I want all freshness! Thx for the contribution.

HPT released a new version of the VCM Suite (Beta) that supports expanded logging parameters. I had submitted a ticket to get the VCM Scanner to match the parameter list of Techstream. So we can now log Toyota Enhanced PID's.

This was really one of the only hold-backs of the system up until this point. I did have the ability to do some minor tweaking but I couldn't really dive into things without having access to some of these PID's. Those of you with or have the MPVI2's in-route, should redownload the VCM Suite (Beta) and ensure it's 4.3.499 or above for access to these new parameters.

This update will significantly streamline the tuning process!

If you guys are interested in this product (or at least receiving a tune by someone with a MPVI2) please show some support for our platform to HPT. So far they've been very responsive, and they added a significant number of my requested enhancements in less than a weeks time.

They're also pretty quick on responding to ticket's. So these guys are standing behind their product and their support for this platform.

Are you looking to have it tuned or just delete the SAI/Rear O2's? I'd be more than happy to flash it for you, if you don't mind a little downtime in sending me your ECU. I'll overnight it back.

Bravo for getting that updated. That will basically make the ECU, more like a standalone.

So another observation, benefit, reason to buy, etc..

For those of you who are not able to remove or not willing to remove the SAI system and have to leave the checks enabled because you have inspections..

With HPT you can eliminate the limp mode, even though you're getting the CEL for the SAI systems. There are maps that limit the throttle opening forcing you to slow to ~25mph or less. With HPT you can keep your emissions systems intact but eliminate the limp mode portion of the control.

    Cool!

Working on getting a TRD flash into the spare ECU today for some testing. Hoping we can get the 60lb injectors to play nice.

UCON is out, pairing the spare ECU to the truck at the moment.

I like the PPE. You can never be too safe when knocking out electrical work!

Got a feeling a lot of UCON's are gonna turn up in the classifieds soon.

I’ll be keeping my UCON around, just in case something pops up and I need it.

Yep need the face shield. Never trust a UCON it could blow up in your face!

Kidding aside, that is a welding helmet. It’s on the bench because I have it plugged in to recharge the auto darkening lense battery.
