Once you put the new front suspension in, it’ll ride like a new truck

Slowly. Still have to build a shelving unit for my wife in her studio and put a door on it so the cat doesn't get in there. Beyond that, I fixed my wonky GFCI that wasn't working, and am now contemplating French doors or Sliding glass for the patio since the sliding glass door that's in there now is junk and doesn't lock. So it's got a metal bar and a board holding it closed.

I just replaced a breaker in my girls room last week that kept jumping. For some reason it appears that the electrician put a used one on there or this one weirdly got wet causing it to be weak.

Go with fresh doors. You are not 60 years old to get sliding doors.

We need to replace the whole breaker box. Our inspectors said its a ticking time bomb. They are known to cause fires. While I'm at it I'm gonna add an outlet on it's own breaker to the garage for welding. One normal 120v plug and a 220v.

    lol fair enough.

I’m really curious how a steel front bumper AND steel cable winch makes the truck feel. I’m not over here looking for a spry, nimble vehicle out of my taco, I’m plenty ok with a sluggish pig, but I’m getting curious if the COSTS associated with an aluminum front’y and synthetic line are worth it so as to have a lesser impact on driving and braking dynamics. But I have def noticed the difference in how my truck behaves after doing steel belly skids and sliders. Compared to a lot of the IG overLENDERS I guess my setup is quite minimal and lightweight but I’m just curious.

I also would like to get some properly weighted coilovers in the front BEFORE installing the bumper and winch even if it means having a rough front end for a while saving up for the bumper and winch (because of the stiffer springs)

Honestly it does feel more sluggish, but if you get the proper coils, then it doesnt dive much when braking and feels just fine. I'm sure aluminum with synth would feel better, but I have felt zero issues with running a steel bumper with steel cable.

Next winch install i do will be synthetic line. Not the weight ussue. The safety factor. In my time seen alot of damage done from cables. Just this winter a tow truck driver when the hook came off the cable he was in the cab if hus tow truck. He had weighted blankets on the cable.

Sorry to see this. Make sure they check him for RSV Almost lost my daughter when she was 4 months old due to RSV When we got there her oxygen was at 82 and we were given a 50/50 chance of leaving there with her. She was in and out of hospitals for 2 years, spent about a week every month in the hospital on oxygen and developed asthma due to RSV. It's no joke and needs to be diagnosed and cared for properly.

Yeah what Tyler says. It handles fine with proper coil overs but when I made the switch to syn line I did notice a difference. We weighed the line and fairlead and it was a 30 lb weight savings there alone.

But I’ll agree that syn line is much better for safety and easier to handle when doing recoveries. The only downside as I see it is it requires more upkeep. UV rays can break it down over time and you need to regularly wash it after it gets used if it gets dirty at all.
