    It's confirmed, the Detroit is definitely the cause of our roughness shifting into second gear. With the open diff in now, 2nd gear goes in smoothly again. I can even speed shift it again. Weird how the locker screws with just that one gear...well, any gear really, but I guess somehow it does.
