I’m excited to start working on the house we’re buying. Doesn’t need nothing really done to it but, I can’t leave nothing alone. I want to add a wooden fence around the back yard as well.

That's on my agenda, too. I want a privacy fence around the back yard to go with the hot tub I dont have yet.

 

I am on the lookout for a front dash if anyone comes across a part out or something. Mine has seen better days.

 

The paint is coming off all over. Structurally it is sound, just looks like ass.

Wow Frankie's in Raleigh is a completely different story they have been excellent every time I've gone. That is gross though the dead cat floating around. They need to get their act together down there.
