I'm part Italian Irish and German but mostly Irish. Alcohol has always been a part of my life. A lot of people look down their noses or have a skewed opinion about people like me. It's never been a problem for me though.

I could definitely do wine with eggs. But the omelette has to be on point

Because as much as I enjoy alcohol, I enjoy food equally as much!

We have them here too. I keep wanting to get there to buy a couple bottles too. It rates high. I'm a huge fan of plain old table red in a jelly glass. We ain't special!

Hell yeah I'm interested! I collect cook books and love trying new recipes! Especially the more obscure ones.

I once did that thing with the hundred year old batter sharing. You took some out, added to the base and passed it on.

My latest thing is Kim Chi and sardines. Next I'm going to add Kim Chi to Miso soup with white fish.

It's all in the whip of the eggs. I have a buddy that is training as a French cuisine chef in California right now and, in between range trips with our AR15s, is beer-infused cooking expeditions with known recipes lol. My favourite is his modified chicken curry from Pakistan and my wife's is his chocolate mousse

Sadly mine was from a jar, at Walmart. But it was spicy and I really liked it.

I would like to try to make it and add other veggies like carrots and onions or mushrooms.

I like how some kimchi is almost refreshing, yet spicy. Like a weird mix of the feeling of ice tea on a summer day plus jalapenos or something lol

Yea, there's nothing I won't eat. Chocolate is my kryptonite. Beer infused anything sounds perfect.

I usually add butter to my eggs when I whip them the fats act with the enzymes of the egg to make them fluffier.

And yes, I will eat quiche! Loraine!

Quiche Lorraine is best quiche. Beer infused anything is awesome and resisting chocolate is a daily trial lol. I'm on that level lol

Funny, that's how I felt when I tried it! It reminded me of when I stir in a scant of minced habanero to margaritas. You get the bite of the salt on the rim, then the cool sour tequila and lime, then the smoky fire. Get really crazy and add a half jigger of mezcal floater. It's next level!

This is why I need to move to Texas! No one cooks here. Everyone eats out. It's a shame.

Good to hear, and good choice on trying it! Sorry, but Mom called. Had to chat for about 30. There's 2 calls you absolutely must answer at any time...your woman, and your Mother! Joe's wine is surprisingly good. Enjoy. Y'all have a good night. Time to sign off!

I've been eating out to take the cooking loaf of the wife. I miss my cooking buddies sitting Aaron's customizing dishes and discussing flavor interactions. Admittedly, it want a frequent occurrence, but fun nonetheless

It's not THAT hot. Could be Arizona or New Mexico...… or West Texas...

Real kimchi isn't that hot, either. It's hot, but nothing that we're not accustomed to

Yea, the one I had was spicy but not over the top. Of course I eat scorpion pepper sauce on everything. That's like asking me if it's cold out. I can wear short in the winter.
