    We do heat here and humidity and I think once I was there a while I'd get use to it.

    Shit, ours gets up to 100% here in the woods after a wet couple of days and the heat here can get up to 107. Those are extremes but it's happened. But even when its bearable the bugs here are not. We honestly don't go out after dark and we have an inground pool.

    Well, climate change not withstanding, you have to! Michigan, where I grew up, is always humid, because you are NEVER more than 20 miles from a body of water - but it is a WHOLE different level of humid. If you lived in the Hill Country around Triple C folks - you have the lakes and hills, and it's humid. If you lived by me, out East of the Balcones fault, it's Humid, because we get more coastal influence. If you lived in HTX, or Corpus, it's HUMID.!

    When I moved to TX in 1981, I looked it up in the "Library". Average Year round temperature? 72*. You full well know how averages get made!

    It's getting hotter. Move here sooner!

    I was just kidding, that's only around Houston from my experience. Everywhere else It's not super humid, and the heat rarely gets over 108
