I would start by cleaning the MAF with some CRC MAF cleaner you havent already.

Yep, i don't mean like bog, bog. It struggles with all the weight, low RPM and uphill in 6th gear under 70 mph

 

All is going well, just cooking an working in the shop. Pit dialed in at 210 degrees. Beer time.

Got pork butts seasoned and vacuum sealed. Thawing out a Waygu brisket also. Bring a cooler.

They are great but in my opinion not any better than a good prime brisket and not worth the extra money.

Oh yeah I gotcha, mine will too depending on the hill. It'll knock too. I'm assuming it's spark knock.

 

I would agree for the most part. I cooked them in competition for one reason. They do better when cooking hot and fast. I would try to cook no more than 5 hours to make sure I got plenty of sleep!

 

Sleep we don’t get sleep when cooking. Got my fireboard with three probes in the clod. It’s a nice set up, I can watch from my phone or at the pit. Can also trend temps looking for the stall.
