Video/Audio production is definitely interesting, I don't know what marketing and advertising entails.

I need to find out if any of my AAS credits for welding/metallurgy will transfer for another degree, i know my general credits will.

I transferred into a university January 2018 with roughly 85-90 credits. Only 70 transfer into a 4 year institution. So I had to take two electives, and one advanced writing course. After that, its been all Mass Comm classes. They have focus areas. Video production. Audio production. Video/audio. Marketing. Advertising. Radio/Telecomunications. I chose to go with video production since my other option would have been a fine arts degree in visual arts (photography). I chose to use what i learned in community college and teach myself about photography while i went to school to learn video and dabble in some other stuff.

I'll try to answer as much as I can. Ask away my friend!

It’s not that big of a difference. The new 10 speed keeps that 5.0 in its power band. The 3.5 makes its power down low, and the tiny turbos aren’t that great up high.

Towing the 3.5 can’t be beat. It makes torque much lower then the 5.0

but with it being turbo'd and so tuneable, it has so much more potential

I went ahead and applied to a local Community College for the fall semester, right now major is Mechanical engineering, I build too many things to not know how to calculate load/safety.

I'll probably end up taking a Photography and videography class near the end of my classes.

There’s definitely more potential with a tune but I wouldn’t put an aftermarket tune on a brand new truck personally.

I didn’t know what i wanted to do. So i took general studies and a bunch of electives over the course of 2012-14. Come 2015 i tried photography classes and loved them. Then did did a one year graphic design course and finally tried video. Loved it. But i was burnt out on school. Took a 9 month break (summer and fall of 2018). Met Alec and she convinced me to go back to school at her university and do their media program; which ended up being Mass Comm. I have loved it. I’ve run into some stupidly dumb liberal teachers, but most have been great. Its been a good experience and i’m glad i went back. I should be done in December with a bachelors after 6 years of fumbling around.

    Warrantied.

Can remove the tune and take it in for service. Its ford, if i could find a way to bend them over backwards, i’d do it. Because FERD.

So I’ve been looking between the new ranger up to the F250 looking at all the difference options and specs and whatnot trying to decide on what to get.

The ranger is pretty impressive and I could get a fully optioned out lariat model for the same price as the XL 150 or 250 with only some options.

My research has shown the dealer can tell once you’ve re-written the ECU. Even if you put it back. And they will not warranty the powertrain with an aftermarket tune.

I’ve been in and out of college since 2013, started with Gen Ed and some Auto Tech classes, moved out of state and after a year decided to go back to college, studied welding for 3 semesters, took a one semester break before deciding to take the 3 gen ed classes required to get my AAS and now I’ve decided to go back to get my Bachelors so in 6 years I can go into the reserves and finish my 20 right at 50.

Awesome! If you have any questions about the degree just hit me up. Also since you seem like you want to build/know loading download Inventor, which if you dont know is 3D modeling software, and I will see if I can get you a copy of SW if I can find out how to email/share it. Not sure I'll be able to as its almost 15gb

Will do! Next week I need to get my transcripts to the new college and hopefully talk to a counselor, I think I’ll have to take a few math classes before I can take any engineering classes at all.
Inventor 3D fusion? I had that software on my Mac several years ago, I never took the time to learn the software though and ended up drawing most things, although I did design a suppressor in either 3D fusion or another Software similar to that.
That would be awesome, I don’t know if Dropbox has a file size limit or not, I may be able to set up a portion of my PC as a server just to do a direct upload.
