Sooo I bought the TC cam tab gussets, welded them up and got everything back together and aligned, but they said the cam is maxed out and it still has -1.75* camber. Before the tabs it was a similar situation too. Anyone else have this problem?

    Are your spindles bent?

They are gusseted as well, so I wouldnt think so, but that would be a logical place to start. I dont recall having alignment issues before the LT either. Suggestions on how to check if its bent other then swapping the whole spindle?

After actually looking at the cam tabs the drivers side is nearly 12 oclock and passenger side is maxed out. Which further makes me think it could be a spindle now

The easiest way would be to compare it to a known good spindle. I would assume that the hub mounting face would be parallel to a plane passing through ball joints but don't actually know for sure.

Yeah, I would think swapping for a known good one would be the only way to really tell. Everything seems tight, the wheel doesnt have play, didnt notice the LBJ having excessive play so I dont know what else it could be. The UCA on that side is very stiff compared to the drivers side, so maybe the frame or coil bucket is tweaked?

Your coil bucket is probably folding in on one side, that’s what is happening to mine

Final rolled the truck out of the garage yesterday. Took everything the pro eagle jack had to fully droop the suspension out to charge the shocks.

Just need to bleed my brakes, mount my resis and replace the diff fluid and she is good to go.

Looks good man! Those bumpstops look really tall for such a short stroke...what length are they?

Leaf Spring Question. My truck fits Deaver F67, what is the replacement number for the higher rate? Are we buying them direct from Deaver? About how much? I found a broken leaf in my pack and want to know where the new price point is vs having the local spring shop build a new set/leaf. Thanks.

I’d call deaver directly. They’ll have the answers and recommendations for what you should do and we’re very helpful the last time I called.

They were 3" stroke originally when i bought them. I shortened them to 2". I am pretty sure though that with this model of fox they can be 2-4" depending on which spacer you add or remove.

Cool, gotcha. The top part just looked far longer than the stroke out the bottom. Truck looks dope.

Call deaver but its $200 or so for a fix leaf. Next up is E30 2” higher then E30hd 2” higher
New pack roughly $840 or so i think. If its a f67 pack they should have replacement leafs in stock if not then it could take some time.

That was my initial thought, but I feel like I've never bottomed out hard enough to bend the frame. I would think both side would be tweaked if I did. Maybe Ill see if theres a shop that can put it on a rack to confirm or something
