    They can short out if they touch just right. This was just batteries. Not my vape.

    The ones where the vape explodes are unregulated without a chip for safety. High current along with low ohms produces a lot of heat. On those the battery is strayto the coil. No safety protection in place. Not what happened here. I used regulated ones. My vape wasn’t even on me at the time.
