That is a possibility. I have a set of ramps and quite a stock of the aerosol cans. I may try it this year.

This is only embarrassing because you know how many it had when I bought it but I haven’t quite crossed 8k yet :anonymous: I bought it just as my commute changed and I had to take the Pike into Boston so it’s only getting ridden short trips on weekends. New project is in Brookline though so I can start riding to work again, no highway riding required.

Still runs like a top though, just a quick charge and it fires right up.

Yes but i’ve never been able to make the proprietary charger to work. My battery charger has a setting that works with that battery and it works great. I usually only need to charge it at the beginning of the season, after that it holds a charge very well throughout the season.

Strange. It usually did a diagnostic check before it charges. I remember the button was finicky.

Hmmm... I am slightly impatient so maybe that’s what was going on. I fooled with it a few times and the battery didn’t charge, could 100% be operator error. My regular battery charger has worked well with it and it’s only a single bolt to get that side panel off anyways. The battery itself has been great, just haven’t been able to figure out the charger.

Had my opening day today. Got a list for both vehicles of things to do, so I'll have to fit that in around the yard and small human duties.

Finally did my taxes and it was quite odd...I earned about $12K more this year than last, changed nothing about my filing...I had LESS taxes withheld from my earnings...about $1,200 less withheld..So I owe about $600 this year. Very odd..I would think that since my withholdings were the same and I remained in the same tax bracket the I should have had the correct tax taken out...So odd..My wife is of course irate at us owing because she wanted a refund...But I told her last years refund was like $300 because I try to set us up as close to zero...Because a refund is an interest free loan to the government...

On the plus side I made some awesome pizzas...
Homemade Tipo-00 flour dough...made with 4 cups of flour to yield 3 pizzas...Fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, prosciutto and hot soppressata...I pre-cook the pepperoni and soppressata in the toaster oven on foil for a few minutes to weep the grease out of it. It makes a huge difference in keeping the pizza light tasting and not soggy...And I threw some green peppers and fresh basil from my basil plant on it...Yum!

Whatever you do don't use the rattle cans..... It sucks.......... Half the time the bottle still has fluid in it and the cans already out of pressure.

On a side note, hashed up this over the weekend...

Still on the fence about adding wheel wells for it right now since I have other stuff to finish up.

Gotta transition the second work bench back to electrical work and start prepping a new harness for the soon to be new aux fux panel inside the truck so I can relieve some use on the engine aux panel.

sucks you got snow up there! All rain down here thankfully.

We hosted a comedy show Friday night and a celebration of life Sunday afternoon. Two totally different events but was fun. It was Our first memorial type event so that was different. The woman who passed had cancer and planned the whole thing before she stopped treatment. Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, music, kids playing football outside and a s’mores table by the fire. Probably the coolest memorial I’ve been to or seen.

Comedy show was good too, they are some of my favorite things we do because after everyone shows up I can sit down and enjoy it!

    You mean rainy, right?

Weekend was great! Took the kids to the zoo, had my little one help be get the dirt bike up and running, took the little ones on a bike ride. Couldn't have been better weather over the weekend, at least down here.
