Did 3N16 from start to finish. Which I really enjoyed. Went into the village for lunch after then went back out and hit 2N09/A which was kinda crazy with all the mud and snow. Then ended up on 3N14 for a while than back to 3N12. Great day!

So question for you all, what’s the best way to clean all the mud?

Find a hose with a stream option. When I got back from Ocotillo, I was on my back for an hour washing the underside off. Even at that, there was still more I found a few days later. Trying to use a car wash stall is really hard since your can't see the underside very well.

I pressure washed everything already but there’s still this film left over that’s everywhere. I still need to soap and brush the truck but it’s still pretty bad in the wheel wells and wheels.

@Norsemanvike i spent about 2 hrs this morning just spraying it down. Got under the truck and everything. Total pain, not sure If I want to wheel in mud ever again.

Yup, glad I did it once and will have to seriously contemplate it again. A good hand wash mit or the brushes should get the film off, but use the personal stuff first. Make sure you get EVERYTHING off of your brake discs and drums!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the 'Forest Fwy' 3N16. Sounds like you're ready for a White Mtn. run!

3N17 isn't bad at all. Nothing your truck couldn't handle. Some guides have it rated as a black diamond. The only part I would consider difficult is the section east of Wright Mine Rd. 3N11
West end:IMG_0076.jpgIMG_0163.jpg East end. More difficult especially if you're heading east. IMG_0543.jpgIMG_0564.jpg IMG_0538.jpg

Yup. Been doing this a little while now and I always avoid mud when possible. Mud sucks. Especially when you don't have your fender liners on and your pinch weld cut off.

That said I do enjoy wheeling in the snow and mud is usually a part of that especially later in the season.

White Mountain can be a really difficult trail if you want it to be. There are some hard lines/options you can take. We tried doing it a few weeks ago and had to turn around because it was so iced over at the top, zero traction at all. And I've done that trail probably a dozen times.

It's a lot of fun though and a good intro into some of the more moderate to difficult trails in Big Bear like Gold Mountain (another fun one, just not in the snow lol)

What would be a good weekend for everyone? I wont be free until the weekend of the 27th, maybe the weekend of the 20th if I can move some stuff around. Or anytime mid May.

May is better for me, pretty much free any weekend that month as of right now. Plus, the iced over parts of White Mountain should be gone by then.
Otherwise the weekend of the 20th I could probably make work
