Did you decide to re-gear and not sell?

 

100 percent.

 

Some days are tougher than others haha but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I wouldn’t know what to do with myself if I wasn’t always busy.

Completely agree I’ve balanced everything out really well between both jobs, school, girlfriend, and trying to relax. I have the blessed mindset that I get to do this and I have the ability to stay this busy and survive. Haha some days are harder than others but hey I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

 

Gonna try the OVTune first

 

I go in at 4am every morning so i can get off at 3 and have time with the family for the rest of the day.

Work to live > live to work

 

if only that was an option for me..

 

I like to work and live at the same time. Just hit the drive thru in my pajama pants and I’m working

hey guys quick question, with the tune it is only setup for 1 or can you use it across multiple vehicles? if so i'd be willing to help out with the cost...i've read through the OV thread but sometimes its just easier to ask someone who understands better than I...

 

The tune itself can only be used on 1 vehicle. The cable that runs from your computer to the obd port can be used on multiple vehicles

Yes its a little cheaper without the cable. But the cable is needed to upload the tune to your truck

 

What if we split the cost of the cable?

 

Wish that was possible, id be all for it lol.

 

why is it not possible.. does the cable tie into the truck vin somehow?

 

What's you guys thoughts on this, a wholesaler listed a property on his craigslist this is how I found it originally.

I text the number and he said it was under contract blah blah do i want to see it, i said yes of course before I buy something I want to see it.

Anyways he meets me out there I like what i see the 80 year old man who owns the place is a pack rat and the place is junked with stuff, but the house itself is solid and the area is desirable.

I do some simple google sorcery pulling the GIS to see property lines parcel information, tax information, and deed information. I get the owners number and call him to ask some questions. He calls me back asks for my name and I give it to him. To which he says if this other guy can't sell it I'll be in touch.

So now I wait till wholesalers contract expires, or he sells it and I lose out, he doesn't sell it and I cut out a middle man. The homeowner is probably going to try and make more money off of me, but in return I'll get cheaper than going through a wholesaler.

Is this wrong? since he found the deal lol?
My thoughts are a good wholesaler wouldn't advertise because he already knows investors and doesn't need to advertise. You don't put your deals out there like that, if you want to sale property become a real estate agent. Anyways if the homeowner slips and says someone called and mentions my name I'm sure I'll get a mean call.

actually @baldridge is the real estate agent here. what's your thoughts, because if the guy was a RE agent he wouldn't care if i called owner because he gets his percent either way.
