Just hit 200,000 today, and she’s still running strong, no surprise there though; still, a hell of a milestone. See y’all at 300,000!35BDF222-BFEA-48B9-9535-AAAD888F6B83.jpg

Interesting, drilling holes in the air box, it seems that would be counterproductive to the receiving of cooler air from the fender, and possibly limiting to the quantity of air the engine receives. I can see how someone might think that more holes means more air, but the physics of how the induction of air is received through the closed system Toyota developed may disagree. I would purchase a new intake box, but that’s just me.

My 98 Regular cab (Burt, the Old Man), Currently sitting at just under 254k, I picked it up at 247k daily along side my Jeep when I am home. Runs like a top, 2.7, 5 Speed, 4x4, manual everything. Around town I get 19mpg and around 22-23 on the highway.
Here's a picture from last summer before I drove up to over 12k feet elevation in Rocky Mountain National Park.

@Beater_Bimmer its a workmate shell. Just bought it a few weeks ago. Had a soft topper with a rack around it before this. Liking it so far, just figuring out if I build a rack or bolt the tent straight to it. But it’s really nice to have lockable top now and gullwing side doors

@tacomakid96 it went out on the way home from work one day and never could get it in gear again. There was some slipping and hesitation at speed going up hills for like a month or so.

Dobinson rear shocks, OME 2880 springs, AFE dry filter, BFG ATs, OME Dakar leaf springs. Wire-wheeled entire frame and drenched in POR15.
209k on my '03. OME coil over Bilsteins, timing belt-H20 pump, just ordered Dakar leaf springs. Bought it with 190K and stripped rust off the frame and bathed it in POR15. It's a venison-mobile.

Just picked this one up less than a month ago. Just joined the 200k club today. This is the only vehicle I would ever purchase with that many miles on the clock and use it as a daily driver. So far, so good. Needs new shocks and tires, and will probably need a few other items before long, but it runs like a champ. Mechanic checked it out, says I definitely got my money's worth out of it.

257,000 on wife's 03. It's been a great truck, only issue is currently dealing with a TPS problem and not wanting to buy a new TB for $700 but that's another thread.
