    Yes
FWIW the Nissan Titan and Frontier = same platform, the Titan is commonly referred to as a wide body Frontier

Not if they figure out how to use the energy you lose braking for that red light...

I love your reference to Formula One Racing, big fan here. But you could at least have chosen a photo with THE MAN leading the pack.
    Great photo by the way.

Yes, and the Frontier is 360 lb heavier than the 2nd gen Taco. The Frontier's significantly less suspension travel may be hobbled by commonality with the Titan as well.

If the info doesn't sound credible to you, that's fine. But, those posts were made 2mo ago and match the info in the OP's link.

The article shows a picture of a Dodge Ram under a sheet and calls it a Tundra prototype. Article lost all credibility and I stopped reading.

As a diehard Ferrari fan I disagree. But respect for Hamilton.

I would take a version of the V35A engine they put in the Lexus LS500 instead. Just as powerful and probably more economic.

Both are POS’s. Titan has the weakest frame of any pickup manufacturer and the Frontier was probably cool in 2001...which coincides with the last time it was relevant. Now it does time in rental and business fleets or Former Tacoma owners’ driveways who got all but hurt because they threw a CD player in the truck and didn’t keep it “original” because technology is the devil, Bobby Bouchet.

Cool thing is you can bolt up Titan parts to the Frontier's frame. Really common build is long travel using a mix of stock Titan and aftermarket parts. Titan front diff and CVs is a bolt on upgrade. 5.6L V8 swap is getting more common too.

If you think the Titan frame is weak I suggest never looking under your Tacoma. Definitely don't ever grab the driveshaft support crossmember and twist it by hand.

In reference to KERS, I would definitely buy a truck that could either
    A. Give me the ability, with a button, to have 80 additional hp for seven seconds or so whenever I wanted.
    B. Have the truck automatically use that captured energy to increase my mpg by 20%.

    Give it time.
McLaren p1, Ferrari laferrari both use it and I think the Porsche 918 as well.

A lot of things start in Motorsport and work their way down

That is one option that would make a serious difference.
