All of a sudden our pups have been really engaged and catching on to training. I think they are just finally getting older which is nice. So lately we've been working a better "heel" on and off leash. They have been impressing me every day!

10 days and counting till we bring home this boy!!
Ive always wanted a Weimaraner, 10 years later, 10 days to go.
I knew we picked the right breed, love all the qualities of them.
No intentions for showing, hunting or sporting but every intention to get crazy active more than already, hiking, long boarding, camping, running, agility, etc.

They will fade, some to white/grey/blue some to amber.
Would be stunning if they stayed blue.

Now I feel like shit  all kidding aside that’s great you rescued her. My daughters dream pup is a French Bulldog. Crazy their all so many puppy mills. Peeps love puppies so there will always be ignorant people pumping out puppies. :argue:

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
I always appreciate your opinion in this thread, but I have to argue this. Were the maulings by a 20lb french bulldog? I advocate asking permission before petting, common courtesy, etc, but c'mon, asking if a little frenchie is a pitbull and keep a 5' radius? Sorry but the breed question anger's me due to media perception and ignorance.

You kinda led the walkers believe they might be Pits :D If you were not a dog person and the person at the other end of the leash says "yes, pits", what would you do? FWIW, I thought the question was funny.

As for media perception and ignorance? The news has covered more than a few fatal dog maulings this year and they tend to get a fair bit of coverage. I include the list only for completeness.
I'm fairly certain none were French Bulldogs :) I totally understand why they took the long way around. Heck, many people cross the street when I walk Riley.
