means you cant upgrade the gun, or hoses when they break, or leak.

I believe all gas and most electric power washers use m22 14mm fittings on their hoses, so most replacement parts you’ll find in-store will be in this size. Sun joe uses m22 15mm, while not uncommon, you’ll probably need to order parts online instead of walking into Home Depot.

Generac or Honda... can't go wrong there as long as you're careful with the PSI.

I use the old model Ryobi 1600 PSI Electric Pressure Washer.
Small and light, and not enough power to damage the paint, unless it was the turbo nozzle.
Paired with a foam cannon, makes cleaning the truck a breeze.

Soon to apply ceramic coating, so I would not need to was as much.

My 3000psi with a foam gun doesn't even come close to doing damage either

and with a 40 degree nozzle, no damage either right? I've been using a 2000psi.... without even a second though to damage. Haven't seen any of any of my vehicles.... i do pretty close shooting to fenders and undercarriage and a few feet away from actual paint.

Worked great for me for a dozen or so washes so far. ONLY complaint is the high pressure hose length. I literally just had to buy the extension on Amazon this weekend. The power cord is plenty long if working from a garage to track home driveway. The propriety sizes may be an issue when parts are damaged. But I only use it to wash my cars, so expect it to go at least a few years....

It's the size of the pressure washer fittings. He's saying that brand has a unique size versus the standard.

I bought a Honda 2800 psi pressure washer over 10 years ago ... a little pricey in the beginning but I’ve only changed the oil 3x and have never even changed the spark plug. It always cranks and its a workhorse... lots of concrete and brick to keep clean.

If you just want something to rinse the soap off your truck ... it doesn’t really matter. Nothing wrong with a B&S engine either

Got a Kracher cube 1700 electric for some foam cannon action and thats about all it'll do. Will lightly clean things but not gonna remove mildew from the 2nd story siding or anything. It's super small and portable too.

Craftsman. Glad to see big red tool brand again. Go ahead with the crap is made by somebody else. Truth is it always was. Went to the store to buy a generac. Saw the craftsman with Honda engine and peed a little. Had to bring it home and introduceit to the family.

Snapon. It works very well and has been for the past 10+ years. You can regulate the pressure and add soap if needed.
