How you size a winch for your rig?

I think that's a good choice. Sony has good lenses from what I hear quality wise. That being said a F/3.5 - 5.6 lens isn't considered a 'fast' one, a fast zoom lens would be something like an F/2.8. But that'll add a grand or more to the price and honestly the difference isn't that huge unless you really want that super shallow depth of field up close (blurry background) or shoot in low light a lot. But 3.5 - 5.6 is considered about standard. I think it's a solid choice

Made by CPOWACE, some knockoff Chinese brand but they're identical compared to @FLBAdrian 's xbulls, only the pegs are pentagon shaped rather than octagon shaped.

 

Depends on a given situation. I'm assuming you are talking about mounting it to a plate. Look in the manual and theres the mounting dimensions. Don't have a manual? Tape measure the center of one mounting hole to the other and repeat.
Or you talking about the capacity it can pull? Usually it says it on the damn winch.

Says on the winch, in the manual. Now that I think about it, my 10k x2o is the exact same as the 12k one but with 10k line........ Damn it smittybilt

 

I mean how do you chose the size winch for your truck

 

2x the weight of your truck. So if you have a 4k lb truck you want a ~8k lb winch. Didn't we talk about that this weekend or am I thinking of someone else?
