THanks! I know how hard it is for someone to put a radio into their truck without any technical knowledge. And I NOW know how to do so with the technical knowledge. Only want to help out. With this trip coming up, there were several questions about communications, some from folks in our own group. I'd like to elevate the communications issue.

 

And since I am on there, and I know Mark will certainly be interested, I will pass that link to SATX right now! Great job!

Subbed too! Matt traded me a little portable CB with Magnetic antenna, so first order of bidness was new rechargeable batteries and a charger, Next a case. Since I probably only will use it as riding with a group, a little saddle mount, and if a co-pilot, I will work out of the James Bond case! Best of luck for good stuff on the thread!

Good morning.. well tester day was a long day, and still not over. Been at up since 4am Monday and at work since 7am... and still at work... we had a couple. If ougahea we got talked with, the last we did not start work on until 9:30pm. Finished at 4am... we have to be back ag the first outage tomorrow to make the line hot once the electricians hooke there panel back up. Then we get to go home and her our mandatory rest time... so time.for a cat nap in the truck and. Hopefully we are off w pop rm by noon .
