    If the core had a blockage, definitely.

    It could be a tube or a heater hose and if so it could be just leaking without making the smell

    So right now I'm going to assume that it's coolant. I'm keeping a careful eye on what heating / cooling functions I'm using. I have not used either since I first noticed this on Sunday, and there is no new "Pink Taco" as of yet.

    It may be just coincidence but on Saturday I used my AC for the first time in a few months, and noticed this on Sunday.

    I will probably be using the heater later this week as temperatures are expected to drop. If nothing after that, I will monitor when I start using AC again

    Replacing the heater core would be pretty expensive if you're not still under warranty.
