    Morning.
50% finished trailer has snow and ice on it.
    :annoyed::angrygirl:
    This shit needs to stop..
D rings need to be ordered.
Was thinking of pulling up the mesh floor and putting
1x8 boards. Or not pulling the mesh and putting the boards right on top.
    Not putting anything.
    Or another piece of ply.
So I guess ply wins out lol.
    Holes are already there.
This time lots of coats of paint on it.
Was going to register the boat and trailer but need to run it up first before I do.
No sense to until I give it a clean bill of health.
    So will wait.

Cold, damp, dreary today but might be up around 60 this weekend.
    Typical Maine teaser weather.

    Stay safe all.
    It’s a jungle out there...

Whatever you do, don’t call Safelite to fix it. Also, make sure you go with OEM quality glass, ie. Pinkerton. There is a difference in glass. I wouldn’t have thought it would have gotten hot enough to make a run when you were there. Usually it takes110 degrees and then rain for it to crack.

Good Morning. I’m 53 and enjoy taking solo road trips to remote spots. Done my share of sleeping in a ground tent through the years. My plan is to buy a DC long bed with a cap set up so I can sleep/camp in the back wherever and whenever I want without the hassle of set up and tear down. Mostly long weekends and maybe a week long Trip each year.

My question for this mature group is whether I will quickly tire of sleeping in the bed of the truck and gravitate towards more comfortable accommodations?

My general health doctor at the VA is maybe 4 years younger than me and is always on me to get healthier . He's always drinking a Mtn Dew or Energy drink when I see him and looks out of shape and definitely overweight

Yesterday it was 87° and clear , today only 70° and clear and we've got a wind Advisory for the high Desert with gusts up to 50mph

My brothers Toyota rental car did that last year when we were in Yermo Ca at the Calico Ghost town . We thought we heard something hit the windshield near Barstow but couldnt see anything . Parked the car and when we got back to it a few hours later there was a crack from top to bottom ,Temp that day was maybe 95°
