I went with a 1up tray and it fit like a glove on Voodoo bars. Eventually I switched to an RCI rack and the 1up fits on that as well. A little spendier but solid as a rock.

Good call dude, looks like it fits wide bars with the standard mount. If the yakima wont fit when I go check em out, Ill go with those... today is the last day of the REI and Back country 20% off sale lol. The plan was to order one from REI and one from back country, since its 20% off of one item at each store hah

Haha, that’s partly the motivation for my question as well.

I was gonna buy a new dropper post as well, but now I’m toying with the idea of selling the bike and getting something new (or new to me at least). That’ll just lead to more posts of “what bike should I buy?”

Man I just upgraded my bike to a YT Jeffsy (trail bike) and I couldnt be happier. Im coming off of an older Trek Remedy, and i find it not only climbs better, but decends better. Idk if you are looking for a trail bike or enduro, but YT is legit.

The 20% off thing is definitely something im trying to take advantage of though. leaving free money on the table lol

    Bikes:
    - Pineview (pedal climb only)
    - Harper mountain (pedal climb, or self shuttle)
    - Kamloops bike ranch (pedal, self shuttle, shuttle service also provided)
    - Sun Peaks (resort, chair lift)
    - PM me if you want to meet up when you’re here for some unofficial greatness. I ride 4+ days a week. Love showing people around.

    Brews:
    - Red Beard Cafe
    - Iron Road
    - Red collar

Also, strongly recommend Silverstar in Vernon, over Sun Peaks if you’re looking for a park day. Roughly 30 mins longer drive.

Smith Creek area in Kelowna doesn't get as much attention as it deserves.

    https://www.trailforks.com/region/smith-creek/

Climbing up Holy Pail and coming down Feel the Love was one of my favourite laps I did anywhere in BC last year. Just about the gentlest climb trail ever followed by a long, smooth, flowy descent with small/medium wedge jump features the entire way down.

Took me a bit longer, but I went riding today and got a couple pictures for you bud. This tonneau cover is so easy to remove and install I don't even care.
@Erklsim this is for you too.

Just a heads-up, no shuttles to TWE until July. The park service doesn't allow anyone up to the top till then. Plus, the snowpack is DEEP up there this year, I'd be surprised if anyone can get up there anyway.

Well, half Enchilada I should say. You're right on the access date. Shuttles are running to LPS as we speak.

Does anyone just use tie downs or similar to transport a mtb... similar to how you'd transport a sport bike or dirt bike. I'm looking for a better solution as I'm tired of taking my front wheel off and attaching it to my fork mount on the front rail of the taco. Truck pads are another option but its money.

    @ejewels

I use the fork mounts on my bed bars. I have toyed with either adding z pair 1up, or Yakima trays to the bars... but, havent gotten that annoyed yet.

Yeah its a great method... but just looking for something where I'm not standing up in the truck, taking the wheel on and off, etc. Sometimes I'm trying to get out quick for a quick ride. Might just bite the bullet and get a tailgate pad.

Which one did you get? Al or CF?
I've been looking at YT Jeffsey and Capra for awhile, but chicken out to pull the trigger.
    Who was the buying experience?
    Thanks

I got the AL base. I actually wanted an aluminum frame though. Sucks they dont do the AL comp anymore because I would have gone with that. The buying experience was great, I ordered it and in 5 days I picked it up from a fedex office location because I live in Memphis and people be theiving out here. Anyways, it took about 30 minutes to assemble it and I was out on the trail. My last bike was a 2014 Trek Remedy 9 and this base model Jeffsy is killing it in nimbleness and climbs. I really want a capra too but the trails on this side of TN kinda suck compared to what yall got on the east side
