So far they have sent me 2 more wheels. One of which matches perfectly. They gave me a choice of 2 other wheels, 1 had a small paint chip on the outer edge of the face, other was said to only have a small black flake in the paint.

I went with the small black flake, turned out to be painted worse than the 2 lighter colors i already had, plus 2 large chips in the back to boot...



Wheels I already have... notice how only near the center its light blue, and on the other its light blue through the spokes?? This is how i can tell if they are the same shade.

 

so you got 7 wheels and still dont have 4 matching ones? has anyone had the same issue yet?

 

no i have 4 matching, and 3 lighter color wheels now, however i paid for 5 new matching wheels and they cant seem to get me 5 flawless matching wheels. So they want to offer me $40 back on a $260 wheel.

Also i would say they are good at finding flaws, such as chips and scratches and such. However they dont look at the colors in the light, they are in a warehouse so they look the same. Also they dont seem to look at both sides, only the faces.

 

I have a kick ass powder coating guy if you get desperate.

 

Cost for sandblasting and coating wheels?

 

That is good to know, but im not paying another dime to get matching wheels. I have already paid full price for that shit and i will be satisfied one way or another. If i have to send back all 3 of these lighter wheels and get refunded 1 full wheel and just run 4 i will. Or if they want to pay to have all 5 repainted then we can go that route also. Im not going to just settle for this BS.

Just give him a hollar. Its a bit of a drive depending on what part of town your in, but the quality and his customer service are top notch. He had my bed rack done for $250 in less than 12 hours.

Check you PM! No need to drag this on and drag it through the forum. There's an issues and we've been working with you from the get-go. We're limited on the solution being that it's a limited finish so as another vendor you should be capable of understanding that. It's a new color we tried out and the this first run didn't turn out great in your case.

Don't make it look like we're giving you a hard time either b/c that's far from a fact. And like i mentioned in the PM, we'll gladly take all the wheels back and give refund you back every cent!
