No regrets, but because I was undecided between the pro wheels I did end up buying two sets of 5. I’ve since decided against using the T4R pros and have passed all the savings to someone else who missed the sale. Time will tell if I use the Taco Pro set.

It sure was easy to splurge that day. :p

I bought the TRD exhaust for my tacoma. I had been eyeing it ever since i bought my truck a year and half ago, but now with having it installed yesterday. Im glad i had waited for this sale cause even at this price, it doesn't seem worth it. Very little difference in tone, sounds a tad bit deeper but its almost just a cosmetic mod.

No remorse, but then I also didn't buy anything... I also don't think I've maxed a credit card since I was in my early 20's.

The temptation was there but really the only thing I might have wanted was the skid plate, and I want my c4fab rock sliders before I worry about upgrading armor I won't even be hitting in the near future.

No regrets yet, just bought the TRD Brake Pads, figured I might as well get something...nothing else really piqued my interest.

Thought the same thing about the exhaust but after a couple hundred miles it's gotten louder. Must be a break in period

I told my salesman that I wanted $1,000 per year for advertising Toyota, Tacoma, and TRD, AND since my current truck is 19 years old we would use that figure so that's works out to be a $19,000 advertising fee. He thought I was hilarious...o_O

I didn't think of that, kind of wish I had. I did ask them to remove their dealership stickers and they did. I also took off their branded license plate holders the next day. I appreciate the attempt at free marketing, but I'm not paying you to advertise your business for you.

I ended up getting New England rust around the muffler on the Catback Exhaust that was installed when I bought the truck. I ripped out that piping and replaced it with stainless from the Y pipe back and put a Black Widow 250 series muffler on my truck and love it. The difference in sound is night and day. I already have a CAI and the CAI was definitely noticeable at WOT but only a little. After I put the Black widows in the 2 pieces work together to make the entire note much fuller and also increased volume, but only when needed. I can pull away from a stop light with minimal sound or I can make a lot of noise, completely your choice. But in the end the exhaust note almost disappears at 35mph and 65mph making for a very pleasant ride. Passing someone on the highway or going through a tunnel always puts a smile on my face.

I am not sure about the '16-19 Tacomas, but the 05-15 TRD CAI are made by AFE (Advanced flow engineering). Toyota takes the silver plate off and puts a black one with the red TRD logo.

Believe me it is a lot cheaper than a TRD and does the same.

My Skid Plate was delivered today, naturally the box was a little rough with holes in it and a couple bolts and spacers missing, guess I gotta buy a hardware kit now, D'oh!
