Grandaughter has a best friend. Jax the lab/pit mix is so gentle with her.its amazing how much love pets give us. she is learning to throw a ball and he gets it and lays it in her lap, she pokes and pets him and he just lays his head in her lap. 795B0D4B-E8EC-4099-BC6F-F34F099DA877.jpgECA5FB6C-13FA-48E7-A8D4-1AC13F27CA7D.jpg

I have been trying to find a show from the 70s that had to do with an out of control spaceship that 3 people were trying to save but they had to go through different parts of the ship.

    I think I found it

    Evening all,

I don't no how many of you are History buffs.. With an extremely heavy heart a man that kept me believing in the "Greatest Generation" has passed. My heros my Dad, then my Uncle Leon, and Lt. Col. Richard E Cole "Dick" have been my mentors, the reason I behave the way I have for all these 60 years! Dick Cole I came to know from all the years he attended our airshow, last year at 102 years old and still showed up, to our CAP cadets doing a proper salute to a true american hero! A true idol of mine, I scampered over to the PX tent to shake this gentleman's hand welcome him and offer him any assistance I could, now knowing it would be the last time I'd see him alive.. For those that don't know this part of history, Dick and 79 other brave american servicemen volunteered for a suicide mission to Tokyo after the cowardly attack on Pearl Harbor by Japan. Known as the Doolittle Raiders, Dick was General Doolittle's copilot for this incredible mission, the first B25 medium bomber to take off an aircraft carrier. Out of those 80 amazing men Dick was the last survivor, 103 years old!

Very sad now, knowing I won't get to see him again! Blue skys Sir, and thank you for your service to our country!

Never heard of it but wouldn't know if I saw it unless I watched a little of it.

I'm trying to find a documentary about a guy who, on some kind of bet, dare, challenge, had to ride across (I think it was) Africa or Australia. He did it on a Honda 750 Four and it was somewhere between 1970 and probably 1975. In one part of the show the camera man just missed him laying the bike down. So the next day the camera man leaves camp before the rider and sets up where storm water had cut across the road and catches him on film crashing there. It was probably an hour or hour and a half show.

    Good morning all.
Busy day today. I was at a supplier, yesterday, overseeing a machine approval run off. Two days worth of work to complete in one day...
