I feel like that’s the career path for former Braves players. Smoltz, Lemke, Frenchy, BJ, Glavin, Byrd, Sutton. I guess mainly pitchers. At least Maddox has some dignity left.

then I switched to Royals channel and missed it live it had just happened

 

Whit just passed Brett going now to 31 games with a PERFECT drag bunt down the 3rd base line AND knocked in Gore from 3rd AND tied the game up.

Now, I suspect the Royals pen will blow this again but you have to admire the little things!

 

Yup, just blew it in the 9th. 7 of our 11 games we were tied or had the lead after 7 and have blown it. Hard to be competitive with a pen that pathetic.
