It's basically just an energy drink in a shot, so no better or worse for you than one of those although probably fewer calories/carbs so that's good.

If you're sensitive to caffeine I'd only do half of one first since it'll hit you faster than sipping on an energy drink will.

 

Can't be that bad to BS it out then. I had to write all sorts of 8-10 pagers on general topics, it was usually a once every other week occasion. What's the length and requirements for the topic. Just break it down, put the headings for the topics on the page as notes and fill in until you reach the limit
