    I just built my first pair of retrofits. I was skeptical about using the expensive products, but my god is it worth it! Just using the mini h1's with 5500k bulbs and its brighter than my light bar, pod lights and ditch lights on. I haven't actually tested it with a lumen reader yet, but I can clearly see the cut off lines from my projectors with all the other lights on.

    I’d hope to not have to see it all the time but that really cleans up the engine bay. Probably would have cost Toyota $5/unit to add that piece to every one of our trucks lol

    X2 It's always worth the extra pennies for a reputable brand! Have had my DS2 retrofit in for a year so far and have had zero issues.

    Ironic that an apparent design flaw that allows water into the bulb housing isn't covered by warranty.. Whats the warranty good for then!?

    You need to get a pressure pump. Used one at a buddy's house and it took no time at all. You give it a few pumps to raise pressure then open the valve and done.
