I’m sorry you had issues installing the hardware kit. It sounds like the bulk of your issue was with installing the rivet nuts. The included bolt and nut is a courtesy, but obviously not the best way to install them. Maybe it would be better if we didn’t even include it.

Additionally, drilling the hole gave you trouble. Using a step bit makes it much easier to stay centered on the square hole.

All of this is in the instructions we have posted on our website (though I do understand that with our website update the link may be broken).

I hope this clarifies things for others. Again, I’m sorry you had issues.

Totally unrelated. Y'all need some more pictures of your stuff on your site, pretty badly. I went there to graze, and it's really hard when there's such a shortage of truck pr0n.

Noted. In process as we are rolling out the new site we are trying to get better photos.

I could not find any instructions on your site. No section called instructions nor help. I searched the site map as well. maybe a link (URL) included in the packaging would be good? How was a supposed to know to use a "step bit" I'm not a machinist. Just a bad customer experience. Sorry, but super disappointed.

    Interesting....

Those exact same things showed up on my door step a couple months ago. It must be going around.

I did find a home for them and they are amazing.

Then had to wash it again to get the tint solution off the doors and cab.
Ordered Redline Tuning hood struts Sunday night and received them today. Hopefully I will install them tomorrow. Ordered Katzkins leather interior this past Friday.
I probably need to slow down on the mods for a little bit. Well only if I want to feed my family.
