So yesturday i had someone in a ferrari taking pictures of my beautiful tundra, So i guess this means ive made it in this world.


in other news the transmission thats in it is flaring into 4th gear... going to see what a trans filter will do for it.. otherwise its coming out and getting a rebuild

 

Yea, I should of said something other than axe but was the first thing that came to mind cause you don't here it on the news.

 

Flaring? As in it slams into 4th gear hard or something else

 

True, maybe I should rephrase - I'd rather be murdered by gun than murdered by axe.

its like a slip... basically. fluid looks great.. dont know whats up with it. going to reset the trans memory and take it for a spin and see if that helps.. if not. yea

 

its only when its cold.. maybe very minimal when warm.. but i honestly cant tell

 

But a gun is to quick, you want to savor the moments. Lol joker vibe. But in all cases anything can kill someone quickly with the right speed/mass/location.

 

Hmmmm wonder if it's a sticking valve or closed channel in the trans.

 

dont know. honestly the damn trans looks so out of place under the truck im half tempted to pull it and just go through it and clean it up while im there.

we'll see. body work and what not first. if anything a shift kit might buy me some time if its got issues... but i might try and get it warrantied through work since it was replaced at my dealer..

manual swap tundra in the future? maybe.... doubtful. but maybe. i like this 5 speed. seems to shift smooth other than the one quirk.. damn truck honestly drives like a lexus

 

honestly dont joke around about shooting. its not a good thing to do in the current climate. give everyone a reason to say they dont feel safe around you or something stupid.. the worlds a different place these days.
