    ARB front, All Pro rear, Hella's, Trail Gear sliders - welded on, 3" Sway-A-Way front & rear suspension, front mud flaps -gone.
    I came across a place called 'jungle flares' in canada. They are similar to Bushwacker; a bit wider, but they looked good and seemed quite reasonable in price.

    (I am helping my cousin build up his 2000 SR5)

    I have mine off and I like it better without them. Personal preference, I suppose.

    ya guys check these out. I might have to pick up a set of these. thanks for showing me this man. Ive never heard of them. Anyone on the forum have these??? these actually might cover the holes! :D but the front ones look a little big :eek: what you guys think? and they are a little cheaper than bushwacker. make sure you checkout the gallery on the site to see the photos of the tacos with these

    So did your cousin buy these? If so were they easy to deal with? Any install issues? Tell us more!

    ooooohhhh...I like! :drool: Wonder if they would be up for a group buy? Price is much more reasonable than Bushwackers and I like the look of these better. Definitely something to think about!

    I think I remember seeing that gray hilux from the gallery on here somewhere...not sure though.

    I like these, but the more i look at them, they are a little large. I liked the bushwacker extend a fender better. My truck has no lift, and I dont think these will look that great with no lift

    In case anyone's interested:

    After the bushwackers didn't work, I rehabbed my old OEM fender flares. I tried Forever Black Vinyl Dye (Amazon.com) with blotchy results (probably a result of my failure to COMPLETELY clean off all old silicon residue.) Probably could have just rubbed them down with Penetrol, as has been suggested on other Toyota forums. Penetrol fixed the remainder of the fading. I used fine wet/dry sandpaper (400 then 600) to even out the finish. They look as good as new, and, IMHO, better than the smooth Bushwacker ones, as they still have the orange-peel texture of the originals. I would have painted them but didn't want to deal with future scratching off of the paint. This fix doesn't have that problem.

    Thanks to you guys (and girls), found the 26 blue and red connectors on Ebay for around $20 for all (they came in bags of 10). I decided I wanted the rubber pads (a/k/a wheel opening pads) too (mine had fallen off.) I got all four from toyotapartsales.com for under $50 - this was the best price I could find on the internet, and far better than local dealers.

    I have no idea how the rehabbed fender flares will hold up, or if they'll bleach out again soon. Right now they look stellar, and both the Forever Black and Penetrol are supposed to be fairly lasting solutions.

    I actually like the more substantial look, Bushwackers seem a bit flimsy. I just have to figure what to do, my truck with 265's and no flares is driving me nuts. Always splashing mud and crap the entire length of the side :annoyed: it never stays clean!
