I was up pretty late researching crate options to keep this from happening to someone else. We won't ever be able to control human nature and it's habit of dropping heavy stuff off a delivery truck but we can make a lot of improvements on our packaging.

We aren't at a point where we have them just sitting yet. One of the things that we do that takes a lot of time is that we are hand assembling every rack as it comes off assembly. This is our way of double-checking all our math, finding any flaws in the powder coating process, missed holes, etc....eventually the goal has to be too have an available inventory sitting on the shelf but right now we are trading a two week lead time for making sure that everything we ship is right. I hope everyone understands that.

Totally down for that, I just had a rack ordered from Kore4x4 but if they can make one that fits better than I'll order one too!

 

Alright everyone, it's all on! Minus the paracord and the handles. Thanks FedEx... The last picture is a shot of the clearance from the roof to the rack. Super short, but it makes it that much cooler.

Yes it is. The slim fin replacement hasn't arrived yet, so once that comes in I will be replacing that and adding the last bar!
