Most of the NAR or adventure kits are good or just take an old army pouch and build one similar to IFAK with whatever specific items you think you need or have trained on. You can buy most stuff on Amazon or through med supply places.

I keep A small one attached to my go bag which is always in my truck so it’s mobile if needed. Then i also Have an extensive ifak behind rear seats for any accidents i come upon or if i need more than my bag kit and a smaller kids version for the family. Redundancy and options is key with medical stuff depending on situations.

You guys suck. I have a cheaper kit from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HGSLB6K/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I may have to spend some more money. Or just bleed out. Either one is an option.

I don’t actually have the one I posted haha, but from what I know it has the important basics and they just have a good reputation.

Yeah i have Several cheaper kits around house and in different bags for hiking, MTB fishing, snowboarding etc. I’m gonna be building one of my old 5.11 12 hour bags into a decent size overland med bag for multi day trips for when we PCS.

"Wow, fuck you." ...... "WOW fuck YOU."

    Had me dying :D

I've also noticed nobody seems to know how a yield sign works here. A taxi driver almost broadsided me because he ignored the yield sign and him and his passenger were staring at me and swearing at me in an Ethiopian dialect of some sort.

I take issue with the nomenclature as most of the license plate appeared to be from Maryland.

Also, you are an angry man, Randy.

Anybody want an OEM bed extender for 2nd Gen? Bought it from @chiefcrunchy but never even got to install it because I put a platform in my bed shortly thereafter (thanks @EatSleepTacos). $75 - that's what I paid.

Anyone need stock goodyear 265/70 16 tires? I'll have 4 tomorrow once I get my new tires mounted. They've got about 20k miles on them. First 6 pack of quality beer gets them.

    Edit: Gone

Dude. If you're trying to get rid of them for free, let me sell them for you and we can split the money.

Unless a deserving TW member needs them.

Do you want a pre-assembled kit? Or are fine assembling it yourself?

    I'd start here:

    1. Make a list of what first aid procedures you are currently comfortable with.
    2. Make a list of the equipment needed to support number 1.
    3. Determine what kind of pouch/bag you want to hold your stuff.
