I'll take pictures and document what I do. Just know that I don't care about getting nice connectors and stuff. I figure its all hidden, so I plan to just connect and solder away. But happy to document it...I plan on doing this on this coming Saturday.

It is actually quite simple.... ALL ground (BLACK) wires get connected together. ALL Positive (RED) Tail Lights get connected together. ALL Positive (RED) Bed Lights get connected together.
In the end, you should have three wires to connect to the truck. I don't remember the colors for the factory wires, but it is listed elsewhere here.
To make it easy on yourself, connect two wires together and then connect that single wire to the next wire... repeat until you have all that need to be connected together done.

    EDIT: Factory harness (3rd Gen):

Very sweet but the bolt patterns do not line up you need to rotate some of the lights :)

Looks like if the lights are rotated, the KC logo would not be up top.

Only for one... You remove and rotate the lens on that one. You can do that if/when you do the blackout mod.

I gotta say, I was skeptical when you posted pics of the light on its own.

Looks really great mounted on the truck though.

They just need to be rotated so the KC logo is at 12 o’clock:

Got it off eBay. It was shipped out of Australia. Good solid mounts tho and they lock

OK, here is my install today of the KC version. I didn't buy any connectors or anything, just used the wires that came with the lights and some wire that I had on hand. Also note I didn't pay attention to color. since there were only three wires, not hard to figure out what is what. So if you don't like hack jobs, might want to look away :)

    All the stuff:
    fullsizeoutput_675f.jpg

First, removed the lens with a flathead
    CuXxB9nMT7+VC4zGfHL6hA.jpg

Next, drilled out the studs with a 1/2" drill bit. I couldn't just drill straight in...had to wiggle and angle the drill differently until it broke.
    nHsx1ACjQhmHc5H3xcNrLw.jpg EqH3cZYUS8CtLsxybxTP+Q.jpg 6XewsmhTRUCLv3nZ7qrlww.jpg

Then cleaned the foam gasket and adhesive. First scraped with a putty knife to get the big stuff.
    cW9RL7BER8mjO40yR7hr5w.jpg

Then took a heat gun to soften the glue and get more junk off.
    xVg8moU0S3qvor0OcDyr0w.jpg

After that, just cleaned with WD40 and heat gun, and lastly soap and water until all clean!
    VcqZ3Hh2TqyreKur%SYGoQ.jpg

Next came wiring. Cut the bullet connectors off of each light:
    6m0XwZUITsOkaPHlGeLP5Q.jpg

Installed each light and threaded the wires to the back:
    fullsizeoutput_6771.jpg nHrYKqbXTLa%BaCZrFzJfw.jpg

Now started connecting. All grounds went to one wire, red brake wires together and red bed light wires together. I just connected a bullet connector to the end of each wire, so I ended up with 3 wires with bullet connectors. Since I don't have great soldering skillz, I used these solder heat shrinks. They are awesome...you just insert the wires, apply a heat gun, and there is a ring of solder that melts into the wire.
    fullsizeoutput_6765.jpg fullsizeoutput_676b.jpg

Cut the 3 pin connector of the truck side harness and connected the other side of the bullet connectors to each of the three wires:
    6b+QpyLpRCeFkb53kPHXxg.jpg 2GJAIVSWQr6hwnJfri91ow.jpg

I did it that way so in case I ever need to take the brake light off, I can just pull apart the connectors. Now hook it up and test...success!
    D7xK2vgcQWeZPNspOY9Tgw.jpg 4tSWU8yvT+yZoeavd%VPQQ.jpg

Inserted the screw clips supplied by Meso, then applied some silicone to the back around the gasket, and then bolted it all up.
    fullsizeoutput_677d.jpg fullsizeoutput_6777.jpg 1+IfpU41RGqGRnue8qG6+g.jpg

Lastly, since I am paranoid about leaking, applied a bead of silicone around the outside edge. You can kind of see it here...I applied the bead, then ran along with my finger and wiped up any excess.
    fullsizeoutput_6783.jpg

Thats it...hope it helps anyone doing this.
