As long as those CV Joints are in good geometry, there should be no problem with the needle bearings. I can't see 2" causing enough stress to cause a problem. I could be wrong, I was wrong ONCE before. Lmao.

Rahja, I was a little skeptical at first going to 285's, because of recon and I didnt want to deal with all that. But looking at it now, 285's should be fine and sit inside the fenders. My wheels have 0mm offset though, so if you want to run a more aggressive stance you may need a "safety check wheel set" lol

Yeah my wheels are 17x8.5 -10 so shouldn't be too bad. Honestly i like the look of the big stretched tires on rims but its not worth all the headaches.

Yeah that'll be a nice looking stance, post pics when you get um on!

Why? All you gotta do is run a BDS, cut the cross members, weld, pay ridiculous prices for a 20x12, find a shop to stretch those mud boggers, fender trimming, and wash your truck every week with chemical guys products from detail garage. Haha I only keed..... But I do like the look of BDS + 35's. In time.....

Haha... I will probably never run a drop bracket lift... I'm happy with 2-3" of lift and 33s just like my last 3 trucks.

I finally got the rear blocks in. Here is it sitting with 2” it front and 1” rear. I think it turned out really great.
